It’s Children’s Mental Health Week the 3rd – 9th February, and this year, the theme is Know Yourself, Grow Yourself. The aim is to encourage children and young people to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means to them. This will help them to grow and develop resilience to cope with what life throws at them.
Using the characters from Disney’s Inside Out 2, there are lots of free resources and activities for schools to use throughout the week based on the theme.
You can find all the resources you need and plan your activities for the week here: Schools – Children’s Mental Health Week.
You can find more information about supporting children and young people’s mental and emotional wellbeing in school on our pages: Emotional health and wellbeing – Devon Schools Wellbeing Partnership.
